The creative young minds with academic input create excellence since the beginning in 2008, IIHT Bargarh has served as a model training institute in the Handloom sector and now grown into one of the premier institute in the field of handloom Technology. These eleven years of our meaningful existence have been the period of great achievements and satisfaction. The wonderful infrastructure, updated syllabus, blend of experienced young faculties and support from our Development Commissioner (Handlooms), Ministry of Textiles has made our institute a centre of attraction for all and especially for handloom weavers community. .

IIHT, Bargarh promises to put all efforts in creating Technocrats who can be a budding and first generation entrepreneur which inturn contribute a lot to the national economy, with the perpetual guidance, inspiration of unstinted support of the O/o the Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India in order to gear up this institute at par with international standards.
